Eastlake Studio Satellite Office

For this project, I was tasked with selecting a design firm of my choosing and designing a satellite office in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. I chose to design an office for Eastlake Studio based in Chicago, Illinois. Through extensive research and speaking with current employees at Eastlake, I designed a satellite office that encompasses the studio's values and close-knit culture. I chose to design the satellite office within The Edge Building, located at 320 Culvert Street in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, with views of the Ohio River.
A large portion of this project involved creating a realistic set of construction documents for the completed office design, which can be viewed at the bottom of this page.
